Prototyping in Isolation

When does technology police society and when does it embody a response to a need? The desire of makers trapped in the Corona lockdowns to produce engineering solutions for a world in need gave rise to tens of thousands of mechanical parts that seek to save humanity, but in most cases were piled up as plastic waste. I wanted to collect everything to understand what the mass of the desire of the people trapped in their homes to help looks like. three-dimensional sketches and results from a conversation with a deep learning model, that tries to create connections between portraits of people and the parts database.
